We build applications to support the our clients' unique visions. Since 2005, we've enjoyed working with Brown University, Lancôme, ExxonMobil, Brookes Publishing, JP Morgan, and dozens of other companies to create exceptional web and mobile applications.
Web Development
We're a team of experienced developers that leverages Ruby on Rails to its fullest potential so your application is built faster and more efficiently. We build and reengineer rock-solid applications that are relied on by both enterprise customers and startups.
Leverage iOS, Android, and mobile web (HTML5). We help your mobile project every step of the way, from determining which mobile platforms are right for your project to closely managing the development process as we do with our web projects.
Work directly with our team to manage how and when features are built. Throughout the development process, we make communication our top priority to ensure business needs are met. We're here to help every step of the way.
When working with SmartLogic, the client is in the driver's seat. Our clients and their business needs determine the scope of the projects and the features that get built. From project commencement, scoping meetings allow us to jump headfirst into design and development, or results can be used for client fundraising and budget planning.
Design and Development
Whether we're your sole development resource or we're integrated with your in-house development team, we work to complete your prioritized features as efficiently as possible. You determine what gets done, and when. To ensure we're in alignment, we communicate throughout the course of the project through periodic scoping meetings, weekly iteration meetings, and daily standup meetings. All three serve to keep all stakeholders abreast of project progress.
Project Completion
We take great pride in the applications we help create and are with them for their product lifecycles. We help in-house development teams transition to code we've created and are available for maintenance or feature development in perpetuity.

FolioNetwork provides a comprehensive tool for managing the faculty evaluation and growth process in independent schools. We also helped to identify goals for the entire project: security, easy web-based reporting, and importing schools' existing data.
