ClientTrack allows companies of all sizes to track and maintain potential and current clients. It comes complete with both a fully-customizable front-end survey for new and potential clients, and an administration website that allows for sophisticated analysis of clients. Users often run marketing campaigns that direct potential clients to ClientTrack. Features include:

  • Fully-customizable survey - You can change/update questions asked of potential clients as your business grows and progresses.
  • Manage both potential and current clients - Use ClientTrack to gather critical information of potential clients and to keep track of current clients (It's like an electronic rolodex!).
  • Manage market research - Need to understand your market better? ClientTrack offers a suite of graphs and charts that help you to analyze the data and responses you've gathered!
  • Go web - Everyone else is on the web!  Upgrades can be implemented without having to take your application off-line.  Since ClientTrack is completely web-based, there is no need to update the application on multiple machines.
  • Module-based functionality - SLS is not done with ClientTrack. As we continue to develop more useful functionality, these new modules can be added to your version of ClientTrack at a much smaller charge, without losing any of your precious data!
