JHSPH - StudyBuilder Parser

SLS created a parser to parse raw output files from StudyBuilder. SLS also created a graphical user interface by which to interface with the parser. The information that was parsed was then used by researchers at the Johns Hopkins School of Public Health to assist in their studies.
StudyBuilder output files are quite complicated and cannot be fed into normal spreadsheet programs such as Microsoft Excel. StudyBuilder is a software product to assist with medical research, data management and data collection.

- Programming Languages: Perl (for the parsing), Python (for the GUI)
- Database: CSV (parsed files were in CSV format)
