[edit] Description

  • Designed, tested, implemented and supported numerous data-driven web applications used by faculty and staff of the University, including:
    • Homewood Divisional Payroll Contact Database: a comprehensive web application created using ColdFusion MX 6.1. The application is used to e-mail and maintain a list of Homewood Divisional Payroll contacts that receive memos that were formerly distributed by paper.
    • Performance Appraisal System: a web application created using ColdFusion MX 6.1. This new appraisal system was developed to automate the completion of annual and 90 day reviews. This system utilizes workflow capabilities to move the appraisals through the normal approval process without relying on interoffice mail or faxes.

  • Created modules (complete with documentation) to streamline many of the processes performed by the various web applications created by HR Information Systems
  • Brought the HR website and HRIS web applications into compliance with Section 508 and WCAG 1.0 guidelines for accessibility by disabled persons
